Ingredients
- 500 grams minced beef or chicken
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Method
- In a bowl, mix minced meat, onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper.
- Lightly grease a loaf pan with oil.
- Press the mixture evenly into the pan.
- Spread ketchup on top for extra flavor.
- Bake at 180°C for 40–45 minutes until fully cooked.
- Rest for 5 minutes, slice, and serve.
