Egg & Spinach Skillet

A light and nutritious gluten-free meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour eggs into the pan and cook until set.
  5. Serve warm.

Masoor Dal with Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup masoor dal
  • 2 cups cooked rice
