  • Red chili powder, to taste

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion until soft.
  2. Add chickpeas, salt, and chili powder.
  3. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve hot with roti or rice.

Vegetable & Lentil Stir-Fry

  • 1 cup boiled masoor dal
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
